Photographer and art creative Daniel Prakopcyk, is well known for his photography, having been featured in numerous publications and worked with high-profile artists and recently included touring with John Mayer. The New Jersey native was trained under legendary photographer Danny Clinch, whose “unobtrusive” style can be seen in Prakopcyk’s work. Over the years, Prakopcyk has combined his passion for music with photography to producing notable work with G-Eazy, John Mayer, Big Gigantic, Maggie Rogers and many others, while being featured in GQ, Playboy, Complex, Rolling Stone, and SPIN magazine. This year, Prakopcyk was involved with the making of the album cover for the debut album by Dominic Fike, ‘What Could Possibly Go Wrong’.
B-Sides spoke with Prakopcyk about the vision of the album art, the challenges encountered with creating it at the start of the pandemic, his relationship with Fike and more.

In a 9-minute video interview posted on the B-Sides site, you’ll hear about Daniel’s efforts to produce a memorable cover image all while dealing with the challenges of working professionally during the COVID-19 pandemic…turns out that Dominic is a big fan of rocker John Mayer, who Daniel toured with for two years.
