070 Shake has shared three live video clips from her show at Webster Hall in New York City earlier this year. The video clips for “Guilty Conscience”, “Rocketship” and “Glitter” highlight not only her incredible stage performance but the energy of the live crowd from the sold out show. The show was part of a rescheduled tour that was orignally slated for the fall of last year and thankfully concluded in early March prior to the recent shutdowns due to the coronavirus situation.
070 Shake dropped her debut album Modus Vivendi (Def Jam) at the beginning of the year with much anticipation. As a teenager, 070 Shake has always been a poet and writing was an outlet for her depression, stating- “It was an escape for me with all of the frustrations and voices that were going on in my head. I’ve always felt that I had to do something with these words.” 070 Shake honed her artistic skills and began making music in 2016. In regards to her creative process, 070 Shake stated, “I just really go with how I feel in the moment and then that’s where the writing comes from. It’s like an ongoing disperse of words when I feel something.” Later that year, 070 Shake was signed to her label G.O.O.D Music who she collaborated with labelmates Kanye West and Pusha T.
