London three-piece HÆLOS released their debut single, “Dust” in late 2014 and immediately garnered attention by the blogsphere and even getting handpicked by Zane Lowe as his “Next Hype” on BBC’s Radio 1. Off the release of that song alone, the band completely commanded a sold out 375-capacity room for their first hometown gig. HÆLOS, comprised of Arthur Delaney (vocals), Dom Goldsmith (vocals, keys) and Lotti Benardout (vocals), made a strong impression during SXSW 2016, playing 11 shows during the course of the event. The band’s debut album, Full Circle, their first official release on Matador Records, was released mid-March and charted to the top on the iTunes electronic chart. HÆLOS are in the midst of a North American tour, which has already included Coachella and upcoming appearances this summer at Lollapalooza and Osheaga.
B-Sides caught up with HÆLOS during the week between Coachella weekends to talk about their performance at the iconic festival, putting together their debut album and more. Check out the interview!
