Los Angeles-based band, Machineheart has been gaining recognition via the blogosphere through the track, “Circles”. The band, led by charismatic lead singer Stevie Scott, showcases the talents of former Seattle-based musicians Trevor Kelly (acoustic guitar), Harrison Allen (drums), Carman Kubanda (electric guitar), and Jake Randle (bass), who had played together in previous bands. Prior to forming the band, Scott had been working as a solo artist, having released a few EPs and is still active in the modeling world. The band recently released their debut EP, In Your Dreams, and are currently on tour.
A few of the members of Machineheart spoke with B-Sides On-Air host, Pete Mar, to talk about their origins, writing “Circles” and even referenced their “go-to” rap songs.
