Franco-Finnish duo The Dø may be a well-kept secret whose music has enthralled Europeans and others outside the U.S. The band has been making music for years, garnering numerous accolades, including the coveted award for “Best Album of the Year” at the French GRAMMYs (Les Victoires de la Musique) and sold out shows across Europe, Australia and the UK. Their fourth album, Shake Shook Shaken was released early this year and the band has been putting on their trademark energetic live shows as they tour the U.S. in support of the album.
B-Sides met up with the duo, comprised of Dan Levy and Olivia Bouyssou Merilahti met with host, Pete Mar, to talk about the album, the lead single, “Despair, Hangover and Ectasy”, flying drones in an airport and more!
