INTERVIEW: Cherub Talk Newfound Success, New Album + more

cherubJordan Kelley and Jason Huber started Cherub in Nashville, TN in 2010 having toured extensively and performed at numerous festival after releasing their debut EP, “Man of the Hour”. They elevated quickly in the electronic dance world and released a full-length album titled, “MoM & DaD” in February 2012. The track “Doses and Mimosas” is on that album and did quite well in the electronic dance scene but it wasn’t until late 2013/early 2014 that it got exposed to mainstream radio and larger audiences. Although the track is not exactly new, Kelley stated, “when you have that many people that excited to hear music and that excited to sing along with you, it’s impossible for it to get old for us.” Cherub took a moment to speak with B-Sides during SXSW 2014 about their recent success, SXSW, their impending new album and more.
