English singer/songwriter Jake Bugg began his music career back in 2011. Bugg grew up with parents who both had musical backgrounds, and he began playing the guitar at age 12. In 2011 he was chosen by BBC to perform on their Introducing stage at the Glastonbury Festival. Austin City Limits Music Festival 2013 has begun and the lineup of the first day performers did not disappoint. Vampire Weekend, Arctic Monkeys and Queens of the Stone Age turned in raucous performances that built up the energy of the night leading into headliners Depeche Mode and Muse.
